What are good paying options for a personal trainer with people management experience?

The career is fulfilling but there's no benefits, no retirement, and it's physically demanding. I have an MA in a branch of psych but I don't have any experience that directly applies to my degree. Pretty sure there isn't much I can do with my degree unless I went backwards and tried to find some sort of entry level work (but how without internships?). It's been over 10 years since I graduated. Anyway, I fell into the fitness industry but not sure where to go from here. I'd like a healthier work life balance and an income that isn't dependent on the needs of those who can afford the luxury of training. I am not really sure where to begin with considering other career options. Thanks!
