So I was hired about a week ago and I putt on my resume that I'm 16f apparently it was looked over and they scheduled me past the time I could work so I told them and they changed it. After I told them I couldn't work during Christmas and they pretty much told me if my request is denied I'll be fired for not showing up. After that I was told dress code was solid colored pants so I wore athletic black leggings and never was told anything was wrong with them so a couple days later I wore them again cutting training and was dress coded for it. Yesterday I was being trained on the register to check out guests and the manager came up to me and said I needed to stand in front of the register when I had no guests to “greet the guests” so I did and then I forgot to do it next time it happened and she pulled me behind the register and told me “you are in your 90 days you have no room to make mistakes right now or I will fire you” after that I did it every time because she scared me to death and then just went home as regular. (Also my target needs workers really bad they are very understaffed and I wasn't even hired as a cashier) this morning I got called by a different manager and I was fired for “not complying to dress code and having to be corrected 3 times by the manager” and I hadn't even finished my training yet. do you agree this was stupid?
