hello people, I need an advice and I feel like coming here is the right place lol (?)
I've recently hired as a part time English tutor and I've been working then for a week now. As a part tutor I work 4 hours a day, and I teach more than 20 kids a day (it's still counting), from 4pm to 8pm and I get paid Rp. 1,920,000 per month.
Today, they offered me to work with them full time from 1pm to 9pm, and they'll pay me 3,050,000.
Here's the details of my schedule.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I teach the kids at a cafe 5 minutes away from home.
4-5pm I teach 9 kids
5-6pm I teach 4 kids
7-8pm I teach 18 kids (still counting)
Tuesday and Thursday I teach the kids at a cafe 30 minutes away from home.
4-5pm I teach 4 kids
5-6pm I teach 4 kids
7-8 pm I teach 3 kids.
EACH kids, are at different level. They don't have great system, everytime there's new kids, they mix them together with the old one, most of the time I struggle to keep up.
What do you think peps? Full time or part time?
In my country, we don't get paid per hour.
