Hi, I'm really confused right now. I was just fired midshift for “not bring a good place” and that I'll need to be in a better place in order to work there. The thing is, HR had been helping me get out of the situation and I thought they genuinely cared. They helped me call the police when my roommate threatened me. I had done everything right except at that point. Is it normal for being fired for something like that? This is my first time ever being fired and I'm genuinely confused. Did HR screw me? I have no idea what happened.
