Hello, My boss is forcing me to be part of a party planning committee of sorts even though participation is voluntary? And today she says “that’s why you’re part of committees I don’t want to have to sit through” Is this allowed??? I feel like I’m being forced and no where in my job description does it state that I have to be a part of it.
