Looking to leave traditional “social work”

Hi all, I graduated with my MSW and received my LMSW in May of this year. I'm currently working at a private practice and am beginning to feel like it may not be the best fit for me. Hi all, I graduated with my MSW and received my LMSW in May of this year. I'm currently working at a private practice and am beginning to feel like it may not be the best fit for me. I'm finding it really challenging to see 30 clients back to back every single day and feel as though it kills my social battery. I'm a bit of an introvert so it's hard to be “always on”. Further, I'm beginning to notice myself dreading the night before sessions, hoping clients will cancel, etc.

I'm really looking for some insight on if there are any social work jobs that are more “behind the scenes”, AKA not client-facing, that pay well. I'm currently making 70k with 4 weeks of PTO. The only thing is it has to be telehealth/remote as I have a disability. I realize that this may be a complete long shot or not even exist, but I'd love any and all insight as I'm feeling pretty hopeless at the moment. TIA.
