Okay I recently got a new job at a psychiatric hospital. I’ve been wanting to do this position for a long time. However, the training has been absolutely horrific. I was thrown into the damn WOLVES on my 2nd day today with barely any training. Long story short I was SO close to just leaving my keys on my boss’s desk and just walking out. Has anyone ever done this lol I don’t even want to give these people an explanation at this point what’s the best way to do it
