Fired for not accepting fb friend request from my boss

Today was my 90 days at my job. I was told that I was not a good fit. This is after numerous issues I’ve taken to HR about my supervisor retaliating against me for not accepting her fb friend request and telling her I did not feel it was appropriate to have my boss on social media. After that I was given my 60 day review after being told two days before via text from her that she didn’t have enough to review me on.. so I have my 60 day review that I was not even aware was happening till I was told to sign something. Today was my 90 days at my job. I was told that I was not a good fit. This is after numerous issues I’ve taken to HR about my supervisor retaliating against me for not accepting her fb friend request and telling her I did not feel it was appropriate to have my boss on social media. After that I was given my 60 day review after being told two days before via text from her that she didn’t have enough to review me on.. so I have my 60 day review that I was not even aware was happening till I was told to sign something. She sat there for an hour berating me for getting Covid and being sick out for four days. Then after asking how to get ahold of hr my supervisor tells me that there is a chain of command and I have to tell her what my issue is and she will deal with it. I didn’t think that was right so after the meeting I reached out to tech support who helped me send an email to hr and they also had showed me how to see who opens the email and when. So I have the supervisors boss reach out and ask me how things were going and I told her I was struggling and that my boss was very irritated with me due to the fb request. She assured me everything was fine and then the next day I get written up. I’m not allowed to ask any questions during this zoom. Everyone refused to say anything or answer anything questions as to what I was accused of. So I spent several hours gathering screenshots of emails, texts, and calendars to show proof that my supervisor was lying on me and that I had not just not communicated with my boss on these twenty something days she was trying to frame me for just not checking in with her or answering messages. So after HR gets this ten page pdf of screenshots they take back my write up. No apology nothing. I ask will I have to worry about anymore retaliation. I was told no and my supervisor would stay the same. I continued to be made to sit facing a wall and then being yelled at through emails for listening to phone calls taking place in the same small room as me. I reached out to hr time and time again showing them the messages even had other case managers ask me what I did and why they were punishing me. That their training was not at all like mine and they did not have to do anything I was doing. HR refused to talk to me and then I got an email stating I had to go within 15 days and have my doctors fill out accommodation forms stating my disabilities. I replied back that I did not request these and all over the paperwork it states employee requested and I did not feel comfortable sharing with my company my disabilities. So I was forced to take two days off without pay for these papers to get filled out. So the past 30 days I’ve been getting praised on how well I was learning and even having other case managers ask me for help. Then told out of the blue I get a zoom request with my supervisor having a huge grin and the same hr lady and I was told I was being let go that I did not perform as good as they expected of me. That my devices would be wiped clean 15 minutes after our call. I asked the hr lady about my emails as I had filed an EEOC complaint after the write up at 60 days. The hr lady told me I needed to have my lawyer ask for them and hung up on me. I have no clue what to do. I have not had my interview with the EEOC yet because there is never any appointments for the Nashville/TN office. I don’t know what to do. I have so much proof as well as statements from other workers. What can I do? I would like to pursue this and not just chop it up to a loss. Centerstone after reading reviews on Glassdoor and indeed is known for this and has settled out of court several times. I want this company charged. I told my boss I needed to pick up my adderal on my lunch break and then it’s all of a sudden I have problems and need help being forced to tell them about my disabilities that I need no accommodations for really hurt me. I have no clue what to do from here on out. I dropped out of my masters program after my boss forced me to at work and then turned around and fired me. What should I do?
