Yesterday afternoon my boss texted me and said on top of my 12 hour shift I'm required to come in 2 hours early for mandatory training on something. I live an hour away from work and most days I don't get home until past 6am I would have to leave my house at 1230 ish to get there on time. I told him no, training can be done during scheduled work hours. Overreacting on my part?
