So I started a new job as a CNA end of august. When interviewing I was told that third shift was given a $3 shift differential.
I have yet to be paid that differential. I have raised my frustration with management. Administration told me that would look into it.
Was told today that corporate states “aides don’t qualify for the shift differential”. It’s now over $1k that I am owed per the agreement signed by me and the company.
I am planning on telling them, either pay me what we agreed upon or change me to day shift.
Is that my only option here?
