Long story short I work at a job where I typically have a 30 minute to 1 hour break in between shifts, depending on the schedule and if a student has canceled or not. I'm always on-site have never left and was wondering if this qualifies me for split shift pay.
On any given day I'll have about 1:30-2:00 hours of gap time that's split into 30 minute intervals or an hour. Like today, I have two 1 hour gaps where I'm just sitting here not getting paid. Is my boss screwing me over?
