I just got a verbal offer. And they asked me to provide one supervisor reference and two coworkers references. They said they’ll move forward with the official letter and start date and everything once I submit three references.
I honestly don’t want to talk to my boss before finalizing the offer given many companies canceled their offer these days…
But there seems no way to avoid asking my boss to give me a supervisor reference and talking about the new offer, right..? My current job is my first job(internship), so I don’t have any previous boss to ask for a supervisor reference..
