Anyone tired of the work clothes environment?

Suits used to be worn by everyone all the time as a style of fashion. It was a sign of respect and class. Now suits are mandated to wear. The “underlings” as they think or average joes are purposely given work clothes while the top guys wear suits. They no longer represent your style, but a image the company wants you to appear as. A symbol of power. If i was a company i would let people be more casual dressing or let them wear what they want. Let them show their personalalities. People spend most time at the workplace, maybe let them be themselves more there. The suit is suppose to represent the wearer. How many times have you seen someone in a suit, that doesn't represent what it should be.
