My job withheld taxes fir 2022.
Gave me 2 fake w2s.
My CPA tells me that there is no record of any income for me in 2022.
Company, who I still work for, tells me it's my problem to figure out.
After talking with the other 2 assistant managers, turns out the company did the same to them.
Spoken with a lawyer and my cpa.
Don't know if going to the irs is the best option.
What would you guys do? It's a awful company.
