Got my second written warning today for being under the required 92% attendance.
My attendance was 91.70%
Was off by a little less than a third of 1%
I'm curious of reddits thoughts on this.
Some Intel:
I'm a temp technically. I'm paid by a temp agency while I work for the company needing me.
They only pay 12 an hour. It's doable in my current living situation.
I work from home with no monitoring programs. I log into a website to approve or deny applications, they can tell if I haven't accepted an app in a long time but they can't watch my monitor or what I'm doing except through requested screen share teams meetings
I want to say “show your work” on the math they did but really I want to tell my leadership team to go do something unpleasant for dinging me for less than a third of a percent. Buuut lemme hear your thoughts
