Hi not sure which sub to post this in but here goes,
Handed in my notice two weeks ago, I worked as an engineer at a feed mill , it’s a small team only around 8 of us ,
All week my managers haven’t spoke a word to me, nobody seems to care that I’m leaving which doesn’t bother me as I’m moving onto better things , just amazes me that two weeks ago before anyone knew I was leaving it was all laughing and joking at work and this last week I’ve felt like an outcast ,
Ranting abit as not sure how to put into words what I’m feeling but just shocked that people I’ve worked with for years can be so hostile over something that doesn’t even affect them
