I recently walked out on a job thanks to the boss playing favorites. He hasn’t provided any sales leads for the last 4 months but has provided them to the other sales agent that comes and goes as she pleases, turns the office into a salon every day, stinks up the office with whatever she’s microwaving, etc. He even told me that my job was in jeopardy thanks to my sales being not up to productivity standards, yet he provided no tools to get myself up to par. And now, it’s the first payday after quitting the agency, and the boss is conveniently “out of town” and can’t answer my payroll question. So glad I’ve moved on to a new employer that’s already made me feel welcome!
