Frequent boasting about being massively profitable, constantly increasing the price of the units they rent out, but when I request a £40 part that is needed to close out a maintenance ticket suddenly there is nothing in the bank account.
Renting / selling property makes money but maintaining the property to a standard customers are happy with is seen as a waste of money.
This is the real cause of inflation. Companies like this are all about charging as much as possible while giving as little as possible in return.
