Im very frustrated at my current job. Half of the job is administrative computer work/data entry and the other half is work on the warehouse floor.
Our supervisor has told us that we cannot sit down unless we’re on break. Meaning that even when we’re doing work on the computer for hours, we have to do it standing and cannot sit down. We had chairs but she is taking them away, so we have nothing to sit on.
Keep in mind that we were doing our work like we were supposed to, we weren’t being lazy.
I’m now looking for a different job, the people in my department are stressed and underappreciated as a whole. Almost everyone in my department is now planning on leaving.
We need more labor laws in the US
