Overtime is included in my pay, is it normal? I’m starting to lose my kind

For context, I am working at a Japanese company as a graphic designer and social media content creator. During the interview, I specified that I’m not good at communicating, especially since Japanese is not my mother tongue, I might have a weird Japanese. They understood, and promised that they’ll help me improve my Japanese. For this company, my pay is not so much, but overtime is included in my salary. Which means, there will be no extra penny for overtime (within 30 hours per month). This is a really small company btw

It was all good at first, I never really did overtime, coz I always submitted my work on time and they’d provide me with Japanese study session. It was 1 content a day, and several advertisement design work throughout the week.

But, it changed when my manager realized that the company is not going anywhere, and have no profit at all. He started to want me to push more contents and designs out. So he cut my Japanese study session out entirely. I’m still not fluent.

Everyone started blaming me for slowing everyone down with my lack of Japanese skill. I started doing more overtime coz my manager kept on changing his mind about the design last minute before we submitted it, and he has the rights to do it, coz my overtime is included in my salary. And he’s always mad coz I can’t finish the design that he wanted a redo on last minute on time.

I dreaded going to work everyday, waiting on what rage from my coworker and manager will met me there. But apparently this is considered a normal Japanese company thing, so I figured that quitting and moving job won’t solve anything

Any advice?
