So i have 2 jobs and the one that pays the least with horrible boss and works me like a dog with no respect for my need to sleep needs to go away. I've been on a final write up since August for attendence and a personal development plan with the threat of being fired since mid September. I not only have another job, but the reason i have 2 jobs is i was waiting for my new place to open up and I'm already just about done moving in. I also finally got my legal settlement check, so now I'm poor man's rich and tired of this shit. I want to get fired without fault so i can apply for unemployment. I take calls for tech support and need some ideas on ways i can suck more without being at fault. I am put on the performance thingy because one month i had covid so my customer satisfaction was low, i took a long time finishing the calls (aht) and a long time finishing my notes after the call (acw) to be fair, i have never made the aht goal the entire time I've been on this account because it's kinda insane to think that when a server goes down which can actually risk people's lives for the client i service has to be resolved in under 15 minutes without needing follow up from my department and can go directly to a field tech dispatch. Or someone has the blue screen of death and they have to miraculously be able to send me a screen picture through the secured network when they don't have an approved device that works, and yet, i only get 15 minutes. It's stupid. So, how can i suck more so they stop threatening me and finally let me go?
