So this kind of upset me the other day and the topic always comes up. Just as the post says, my relatives the older generations including my parents can't seem to grasp that this is the current trend all over the world. They can't seem to grasp the idea that there aren't enough nurses and doctors, they are over stressed and over worked. Nurses and doctors cannot work at 100% efficiency, and ever since covid more and more people continue to get sick and continue to go to the doctors. No matter the size of the city either 10m population or 100k I read that it's just nurses and doctors struggle to keep up with the demand.
I want to send my relatives some articles but it's a bit disappointing or lack of empathy for healthcare workers. I'm not one myself but it doesn't seem fare they aren't expected to chit chat or take a breather at work. It's kinda sounding like Amazon workers trying to keep up with demands.
And why aren't we doing a better job taking care of ourselves to prevent sickness and living a healthy lifestyle?
