Dealing with a manager

I'm a Graphic Designer working for a textile company and I have a manager who wants me to come in as much as possible even though I live 45-60mins away (depending on traffic) and our company is set up on a flexible working schedule. We have a designated desk at a local office and if we want to use it or if our jobs require us to come in, we can. There are times when I don't take issue with having to come in, an example is when I need to print things in-house or help another team with something in person. My manager has unofficially asked us to come in at least once a week and recently, she's been “finding” reasons for us to come in multiple times in a week. I'm seeing a pattern and I don't want to go in more than 1 day. How do I…
