Phone screening interview for a job I am completely qualified for and have several years of experience. Recruiter did not ask ANY relevant questions and focused on how long I had been employed by each company. He ran straight down each job in my resume and grilled me about my tenure at each job. I had only been with two companies less than a year and was able to speak as to why. I was moved to the next round but they acted like they did me a favor and was overall very rude. Is this common for recruiters to act so rudely and have no concept of what the actual job the applicant applied for is like?
