What's with companies requiring absurd tests before even an interview?
I had a job application that stated they wanted the following after I already applied:
- An HOUR long online practical test, that required screensharing to detect cheating
- “One-way” video interviews, basically sending videos of you answering their questions
- Multiple personality and conflict resolution tests
- In person interviews
I immediately withdrew my application, but I wish they would've told me before I wasted my time.
