I live in the United States and over here they loving pushing the “EIGHT HOURS A DAY, 40 HOURS A WEEK, NO VACATIONS WORK WORK WORK WORK TIL YOU DIE” motto. I work from 8am to 4pm, meaning I only have four hours of free time til I have to go to bed at 9pm to get up at 6am to get ready and drive to work. I don’t have a husband or kids (I’m 21) so I have it easier but how do people with families do it? My hats off to you.
