I had it out with my manager a few weeks ago. I noticed he wasn’t visible on LinkedIn when I went to block him (ha) so I figured he’d blocked me.
Now I’ve raised a grievance about discrimination as a result of the issues we disagreed about.
I noticed his name was listed as a mutual connection today and, to my surprise, the link worked.
He’s now visible on LinkedIn and still connected to me.
I don’t get it. Thought if you block then unblock someone, they can see you but you’re no longer connected. Any idea what happened?
