Pictures were taken of me, of my “inappropriate” attire and then sent to a store manager of a different store. I found out about this working a double on Saturday. I filed a sexual harassment report Monday, and put in my immediate resignation notice this morning.
I worked at a Fossil outlet. In the HR handbook, sexual harassment has a no tolerance policy. But things have been very inconsistent at that store to begin with, and I only worked there for 3 weeks.
But then I got word that the regional manager told the girl who took and sent the pictures that it wasn’t that serious, and nothing would happen to her. Even though my goal of having her struggle to make up for my absence (I was the second and last third key, she is the only other one) is working beautifully, I need to know if there’s anything else I should be doing about this violation.
