I work in IT and have been with my company for 2 years. New employees, that have the exact same role as myself are on 20 – 25k and i have more experience than them. My employer wont budge when I ask for a payrise. Is it normal for companies to pay new employees more than current employees? Edit: It makes me so angry how companies pretend to care about their employees.
