Long story short. I hurt my ankle there. Didn’t file a workers comp. Went to the doctor. Took 5 days off per doctor. As soon as I went back I was put to the same task. Resulting in another 5 days off for recovery.
Doctors got so fed up the second time I got a note from an MD saying “limit body mechanics of left ankle, no extended walking for for extended periods of time “
No expiration date

Ever since, I’ve had problems with this ankle.

I never wanted to file workers comp, and they honored it for about 2-3 months. Now I’m put back into the same position.

Am I in the right to file for workers comp now? Is it illegal for them to go against my doctors orders? Where do I stand, legally. In this position?
