I don’t even know what to do to complete this objective. We have six tasks to do and people assigned to do them but my boss wants me to write a whole project plan for it. I’m new to project management and I’m absolutely boggled. She wants risks, assumptions, dependencies, the whole 9 yards …. for a six item to do list. It seems absolutely unhinged and crazy to me. I’m scared to ask for direction.
