I work at an assisted living facility as a chef.
Boss held a 3 hour mandatory meeting on my day off (I work 7-7) or would remove me from the schedule. Attended.
One of the talking points was how we need to mind our own business and not discuss our wages with other staff members.
I think she forgot that saying that is illegal.
