Am I sabotaging myself by asking for time off during interview?

One of my closest friends is coming to visit me in November for 10 days. How do I bring this up and at what point of recruitment? I have a job interview next week for a job that I'm 99% sure I will get. I have an enthusiastic reference inside the company in a high-up position, and everyone I've talked to at the company so far has been impressed with my application. It is a job in production, and the company has a great reputation for work-life balance and working conditions. It would feel more “honest” to bring this up in the interview with the words “I didn't know when I would be employed, so I had to plan my life regardless, and my friend is coming to visit me with her baby boy in November. Would it be an issue to get some days off for her visit?”

But am I sabotaging my chances of getting the job if I bring this up at an interview? Should I leave it and request the time off if/when I actually get the job?

For context, I live abroad and finding good and fair employment in this country as an immigrant is really hard. My friend and her baby are coming to visit from my home country.
