This asshole keeps telling us we need to work harder.
He says since Covid is over the gravy days are gone. Now we are expected to work harder with no extra staff, and horrible support from the boss.
What Covid gravy days? Our lead times were 4 months plus, that is a nightmare to overcome. Very hard work. But I crushed it. Suddenly, Everyone needs to work HARDER???? FUCK YOU.
I was the top earner last year and at the top since hiring on. I thought I was working hard.
I do not give more without getting paid more, period. I am enraged at the sickening greed of these idiots that make bank by underpaying, understaffing and overworking us.
Basically if you are a lowly worker, you are being stolen from in some way or fashion.
I am so sick of the way things are in America as far as work.

Iny opinion the BOSS NEEDS TO WORK HARDER. Not us
