Does anyone know if an employer can split a 3 hour shift in MA? Like 7-8pm then back 10-12? In MA you are entitled to 3 hour minimum. Split shifts are legal. You must have 2 hour minimum between split shifts. Can an employer have you work an hour and come back 2 hours later to finish? I can't find a damn thing about it. Any help?
