Consequences of coming back to the office

At the start of October, the branch President at our company mandated that everyone come back to the office, citing the “importance of company culture.” Since covid, it has been mostly empty with the exception of my small department, but now nearly 200 people are back and it is causing problems….in some unexpected areas. There has since been some email EVERY WEEK referring to clogged toilets and reprimanding people for flushing pads, too much paper, you name it. The toilets have flooded the bathrooms twice, and building management has threatened to fine our company $1200 the next time they have to fix our plumbing. It doesn’t help that there are only four toilets total for everyone in our office. I can’t wait to see if management decides to let people return home or if they stubbornly stick to making everyone continue to come in….and then inevitably pay hefty fines for…
