I try not to assume that it's because of my visible differences/disability that I'm not getting jobs, but sometimes it just gets hard to not wonder, you know?
I interviewed for a part-time entry-level position that I had experience in yesterday, and before I even got home I got the rejection text. The woman interviewing me said that she had another interview later that day, and that she'd most likely get back to me in the next couple of days. So I got rejected before they even interviewed everyone?
I know it's hard out there for everyone looking for jobs, but Jesus H. Christ this is getting fucking defeating. I don't WANT to get on disability, because I'd literally be living in poverty. Not to even mention that that whole process takes years just to get denied.
I didn't intend for this post to be a whole rant, but I guess I just needed to vent.
