I've worked at my current company for a year and a half. It is a deterrent community. During my time here I've worked in memory care, inducement, and assistance. Assisted is my favorite. Recently the duck a round with my schedule. My Grandfather has leathe luckimea. I refused them not to duck with my schedule. They didn't listen to my request. We are short-staffed staffed every day. In response, they got rid of temp work to save $30000. No one got a raise or anything. They took away much-needed help to work in independent. And then proceeded to double the workload for the suddenly single person on staff. I'm done doing door dash and getting a security license.
