went to a f2f interview after 5 years of working sa isang company na looks promising yung position and HR interview process. Just a back atory, First interview with the HR was smooth it was an online interview pre scheduled via google meet and it was just really a quick interview. After three days, got a message for a f2f interview and the HR scheduled it 8:30AM. Syempre 8:00A nandun na sa reception, ang masakit nito 5 applicants including me arrived almost same time tapos merong 3 applicants na medyo late and yung isa arrived 9:30AM, nag start yung interview process and to hold and behold nauna pa yung late dumating sa time and yung interview process took around 45mins per applicant. It was really disappointing na nag schedule ka tapos di naman masusunod. Kalokohan.
