So, in my mail I used two words, ”fucked up” and ”clumsiness” when describing my dissatisfaction about how my boss and payroll basically fucked me over. They did not register my hours correctly, so instead of working 4 hours a day for a week, it was registered 2 hours every day for a week.
She called me and lectured me over the usage of these two words in the mail. I am partially on sick leave and my condition makes me more easily irritated and less patient than usual. I wrote the mail in the heat of the moment and I know it wasn’t the best idea. But she didn't give up, instead she repeated several times over the phone how wrong it was for me to write like that. Finally I asked her, why are you repeating the same thing, you have already told me this. Then I said that it felt like she went a little too far, to the point where it felt like she insinuated that I was stupid and that she had to explain common sense for me, like I was 8 years old. Instead of disarming the situation, she now became even more pissed off. She is about 10-15 years younger than me and it is not within her right to rebuke me about common sense and etiquette. I just asked for a little more understanding but she's like a fucking robot. She doesn't care. I know she really wants me to quit, just because I'm honest with my opinions. I am usually polite, but under my current condition I have some issues. Therefore, she takes every opportunity she can to make it uncomfortable for me.
