I talked to my friend today and she was at her last day at her current job. She got sick of getting sexually harassed. A guy she worked with kept touching her on the chest. She had complained to her direct manager, a couple other managers, and even the owners and none of them would and do anything about it. She even complained to a female top manager and she made excuses for the harasser. Just felt like sharing. Your employer does not care about you or have your best interest in mind!
