Told bosses about taking 3 consecutive weeks off 3 months in advanced(I am at my maxed limit and need to take it) Corporate BS has been causing problems all year and ruining our programs ans they are blaming us for it and crap is hitting the fan. Been making us work extra hours with low salary the past year with no give. Now my boss tells me 3 weeks off is excessive and shows poor leadership. I got coverage and walked through important thing to do in my absence.
I'm not going to put up with BS that's severely effecting my mental and now physical health.
