Hi everyone so I have a problem and I don’t know what to do so I work two jobs and go to school as well so I work Monday through Friday at my other job and I work at bath and body works on the weekends and last week i put in my new schedule availability for 9am until 5pm for the weekends I work that way I have time to do my school work and I told my SM about it and she said she would reject it on Kronos and do it herself basically and she also wrote down my new availability and said she would change it .But then the week after i had to close and I told the other manager what was going on and she said that you have write the dates of when I’ll be available and I’m like then what’s the point of using Kronos ? Because remind you the SM manager said don’t come to her or talk to her about scheduling that’s why we have Kronos for but now I have to write down my availability ? so when I looked at my schedule today it says I work 6pm to 1am for floor set and the other two Saturday’s I work I close and I have to be at my second job at 6am in the morning the next day I don’t know what to do and my SM always says her and the other managers are working to fix over 100 employees schedules I don’t know what to do at this point .
