I work at a tennis club that shares bathrooms with the rec center (literally right next to each other). Recently the rec center took away the key due to vandalism (bullshit). The rec center is closed on Sunday’s so I have no bathroom on sundays. I work a 9 hour shift. What are the laws surrounding this because it doesn’t seem legal. Only other bathrooms in the area are owned by private businesses. This is in California TLDR: Employer doesn’t provide a bathroom on my 9 hour shift.
