My job requires extensive travel and apparently my job is fairly generous for the industry. We get our own rooms and we stay at nice hotels (I'm not talking the 4 Seasons or anything, more like a Residence Inn or Homewood Suites). Allegedly before I came there, they used to have to share rooms and stay at the cheapest fleabag motels out there. They were forced to let us have our own rooms and stay at nicer hotels because too many people were quitting and they were having trouble replacing those workers. I know that I would not have taken this job under the original conditions.
