Coasting Until I Find a New Job or Get Fired

I've detailed what's wrong with my current role and company in a previous post on another career sub, but the TLDR is that I work for a company that is pretty well known in my industry for overworking and abusing employees in various ways. I had no idea of their reputation prior to onboarding 2 years ago but now need to get out. Turnover is incredibly high, the average employees leave within 1-2 years, and I am working on gaining the credentials for a career change and actively applying to jobs. I'm completely burnt out and I have been putting in less than minimal effort for the past few weeks. At this point, all I can muster is answering emails and doing some of my expected work but not to company standard and absolutely not to the best of my ability. So many of my coworkers get away with doing nothing or maybe 2 tasks a week and I've decided I should be able to work the same way.

This isn't to say I'm not dying inside. I actually love to work but not to the extent I have been and certainly not for people who feel they can treat their employees like less than dirt. I guess I want to know how to get to the place of idgaf. While I'm definitely practicing it and have completely resigned myself to hopefully being let go if I don't put in notice first, I feel like shit and I'm feeling anxious about my less than stellar performance and the ways in which my account is suffering due to my small protest.
