Job not giving me overtime and using hourly-salary conversion to avoid?

So, I started at a job about two months ago where the agreement on paper was 20 an hour. In the interview they did say that I would get off at 4 but lied, now having to work untill 5-5:30 most every day. Im currently working near 9-10 hours every day depending on how long my lunches are. Weekly averages are near 45-46 a week, but my pay stubs show no evidence of any overtime hours separated from the regular hours. My boss has been pressuring me to commit to a “salary” wage based upon my hourly rate of 20, then adjusting based on how many hours I've been working on average, and according to his math that would equate to 22 an hour for a 40 hour work week. Ive said no on multiple occasions to this salary rate, but from what I can see on my paystubs he has been doing the math and converting my hours into a salary rate at 40 a week and whatever amount per hour the math would equate to. Is there anything I can do? I have been tracking my arrival and departure on Google maps with the timeline feature and have access to all the paystubs.
