Hi everyone, my problem is, I'm working in a kitchen. 45 hrs/week, 4 days 10 hrs and 5hrs on 5th day. In July we had a lots of ppl on holidays, manager asked me if I can work and they'll pay cash on hand for days I supposed be off and I've done 17 days straight. It's 40 hours. I'm keep asking for those money almost every day since end of July and manager avoiding me, also don't pick up his phone and don't reply for my texts. What should I do to get that money back? It doesn't have to be on hand, I just want my money. What can I do?
