OSHA Laws Help

Hey y’all. I am located outside of Denver (CO). I have some questions I’m hoping you all can help me think through. Workers are required to be allowed 30 minutes for lunch, yes? And to the best of my knowledge- it is unacceptable for a manager to harass me for taking my lunch and bug me during my UNPAID lunch break THAT I AM CLOCKED OUT FOR about work. Correct me if that’s wrong. (It was over a 5 hour shift.) We are required by law to be allowed reasonable bathroom breaks, yes? And 2 trips to the bathroom during a 9 hour shift would be more than considered reasonable, yes? And our managers cannot harass us for using the restroom twice in a 9 hour shift and tell us not to take any more bathroom breaks, yes? Do I report these to like OSHA directly? Or can I file…

  3. Do I report these to like OSHA directly? Or can I file it with the EEOC? (I already have to go through the EEOC for ADA violations.)
