Had one and it was only behaviour based questions. I had some stories prepared but the vagueness of these questions always throw me because I not sure what level of detail they are looking for. I find it quite flawed because instead of me actually being able to prove I can do the job I’m being asked to talk about doing the job 🤔 I’m quite introverted so it was very outside my comfort zone and threw me off . Felt like a disconnect. Anyone else introverted and feel like this ?
